If it reroutes a request and I'm paying for it - this is called stealing. Because I did not consent to paying for the worse model to handle the task.
Agreed. I understand they don't have an error message for it in the API but they could have just sent an email or simply block access altogether until the user verifies or switches back to 5.2 manually
